Orders within mainland United Kingdom

Orders up to 2 kilograms:

	We use a variety of delivery services for UK orders up to 2 kilograms. In general, light and expensive orders are dispatched using Royal Mail 1st Class Signed-For or Special Delivery services. Heavier, less expensive orders are dispatched using Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed-For or a Hermes service.

	Royal Mail 1st Class Signed-For or Special Delivery services typically take 1-2 working days to deliver. Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed-For or Hermes services typically take 2 working days to deliver.

	The tracking number is provided in the order confirmation email. All orders are sent recorded delivery, and you will need to sign for it. The postman may be able to fit the order through the letterbox if you are not there to sign for it.

	All orders are fully insured in transit.

Orders over 2 kilograms:

	We use a variety of delivery services for UK orders over 2 kilograms. These include UPS, Parcelforce and Hermes, and depend on the size and weight of the order.

	All of these courier services typically take 1-2 working days to deliver.

	The tracking number is provided in the order confirmation email. All of these courier services are tracked, and you will need to be available to sign for it.

	All orders are fully insured in transit.

Orders to offshore UK, USA, Europe and the rest of the world*

Orders up to 2 kilograms:

	We deliver worldwide on a daily basis, and have been largely unaffected by Brexit. We generally use the Royal Mail Tracked & Signed service to deliver orders up to 2 kilograms outside of the UK. This is an airmail service, and is normally processed and delivered by the local postal service in the destination country. If you prefer to use a courier such as UPS to deliver instead of Royal Mail, please contact us before placing the order and we will let you know the cost involved.

	Royal Mail aim to deliver the Tracked & Signed service within 3-5 working days to countries in the European Union and 5-7 working days to the rest of the world. Couriers such as UPS (please contact us before placing an order to use this service) generally deliver within 3-4 working days to most countries.

	The tracking number is provided in the order confirmation email. All orders are sent recorded delivery, and you will need to sign for it. The postman may be able to fit the order through the letterbox if you are not there to sign for it.

	All orders are fully insured in transit. If you are located outside of Great Britain, you may be liable to pay import duties and taxes before or after the delivery is released to you. Please check with your local customs office for further information regarding this.

These include Royal Mail Tracked & Signed (in multiple packages), UPS, Parcelforce, Fedex and DPD, and depend on the country, size, weight and value of the order, as well as service availability. If you prefer to use a specific courier, please contact us before placing the order and we will let you know if there is any extra cost involved.
